About the Role:

• You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.

About You:

• We welcome applications from experienced Conveyancing Executives or qualified Residential Property Lawyers.

Essential Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Residential Property Lawyer or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload.
• Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a personable and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A forward-thinking, positive attitude that reflects and contributes to our supportive, ambitious workplace culture.
